35-летняя модель и телеведущая Виктория Лопырева поделилась с британским изданием Daily Mail секретами своего хорошего самочувствия и счастья в любви.

.Виктория Лопырева совсем скоро станет мамой впервые — судя по всему, счет идет уже буквально на дни. Однако беременная модель продолжает активно вести светскую жизнь, встречаться с друзьями, фотографироваться и самостоятельно заниматься соцсетями. Как объяснила Лопырева в интервью Daily Mail, секрет ее хорошего самочувствия — в правильной диете и плавании.

Я адаптировала свою диету, очень скучала по сашими. Иногда могу выпить несколько глотков красного вина, чего раньше не делала. Люблю плавать, в Майами для этого есть все возможности. Дышу морским воздухом во время романтических прогулок по пляжу. Пью много воды,

— делится модель. До недавнего времени Лопырева держала имя отца ребенка в секрете, но недавно призналась, что им является женатый бизнесмен Игорь Булатов. Интересно, что в интервью она называет своего избранника именем Гарри, вероятно ориентируясь на западного читателя. По словам Лопыревой, их познакомили друзья.

Гарри предпочитал оставаться в тени, и я понимала его желание, но в СМИ было много спекуляций по поводу моей беременности, которую в определенный момент стало невозможно спрятать. Так что я сделала официальное заявление, что и спровоцировало вопросы об отцовстве. Теперь нам нечего прятать,

— говорит счастливая Лопырева. По словам знаменитости, будущий отец постоянно держит с ней контакт по телефону и очень переживал, когда во время чемпионата мира по футболу в России Лопырева выполняла обязанности амбассадора FIFA.

Он поддерживал меня с самого начала и продолжает поддерживать сейчас. Мы шутим, что он больше беременный, чем я! Мы с ним неразлучны и проводим вместе каждую свободную секунду,

— признается счастливая модель, пока поклонники с нетерпением ждут новостей о ее родах.

I made some adjustments to my diet - I’ve been missing sashimi,' she explained. 'I occasionally enjoy a few sips of red wine, which I never did before.

'I like to swim and have plenty of opportunity in Miami. I’m breathing sea air during romantic walks along the beach. I also drink a lot of water and coconut water to stay hydrated.' 

'In the beginning I was so busy with the World Cup 2018 in Russia that I simply didn’t give my figure any thought,' she said.

There was barely time to eat so I just kept on going as usual and grabbed what I could during the short breaks in my schedule. 

'There came a point where for a while, I couldn’t decide what I wanted to eat,' she explained. 'It seemed to me that everything I wanted, wasn’t appropriate.'

many insiders claimed that the future father of Victoria's child was not Russian tenor Nikolai Baskov, but Russian politician, Vitaly Mutko - but it's actually neither. Harry is a businessman; an entrepreneur and we met via friends,' Victoria exclusively told Femail. 'He’s a private person, which I respect. He did literally sweep me off my feet.'

Harry is so far removed from my showbiz world and I love that,' she explained. 'More action than words. Our news felt very personal and we wanted to enjoy it together for as long as possible.'

 I was traveling the world to promote the football championship, I didn’t want to slow down or for anyone to encourage me to take it easy, and so I kept our news to myself. I was keen to focus on my role and to deliver for my country.'

She added: 'Harry would have preferred to stay in the wings, which I understood but there was media speculation about my pregnancy that at some point was impossible to hide, so I made an announcement.'

'This of course provoked questions of paternity. So now we have nothing to hide and everything to show: our happiness, our love.'

Victoria first broke the news that she was expecting when Harry dropped her off at the airport for a flight to New York.  

He would have been thrilled if he weren’t so anxious; apparently it’s not advisable to fly at the very beginning,' explained Victoria. 

'Then we were constantly on the phone and he worried about how I’d manage with my crazy itinerary and FIFA Ambassador to the World Cup 2018 in Russia role. He kept urging me to take care.'

She added: 'Incidentally, one of the first people I told was a lady I admire tremendously - my friend Fatma Samoura, General Secretary at FIFA.'

Throughout her pregnancy, Victoria has praised Harry for being a great source of support.

'He’s been supportive from the very beginning and continues to be,' she said. 'In fact we joke that he’s more pregnant than me! We’re totally inseparable; we spend every spare second together.' 

She continued: 'I have had a lot of positive comments surrounding my pregnancy on Instagram and feel blessed. I’ve learned so much from other mothers and ones to be.'   

As for the future, Victoria is going to continue taking each day one step at a time.

'I have plans but as the saying goes: if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans,' she explained. 'For the moment, I’m taking each day as it comes and enjoying it.'
