The two men, clad in blue suits, are seen with their arms stretched out reaching for the other

One man drops his drink can as he reaches out to another and attempts to claw at his face

Soon enough the two-man fight grows into a group brawl, as other men run in from the side-lines to lend a hand

At least 20 people watch on as men launch themselves towards the action in a vain attempt to include themselves in the fight

Seemingly unaware he is about to be tackled, one man can be seen fixing his tie a split second before he is dragged down by his friend

Using the full force of his body weight, one man is seen launching himself into the air and onto his unsuspecting mate

The two men are seen falling to the ground in a fight, just metres from other racegoers trying to enjoy their day

One man appeared to be in pain as he lay tangled with another on the ground, seconds before they were separated by police

One woman's dress was lifted up at the back during a human pyramid on the public lawn following the last race on Stakes Day

Some punters took the opportunity to enjoy the last day of the Melbourne Cup, like this man who is seen straddling another

Linked arm-in-arm, this group pose together for a photo as they straddle a friend lying motionless on the ground

These two girls appear to be in the middle of swapping shoes, as the woman in green is seen with one of each on her feet

With smiles plastered across their faces, the men are clearly in high spirits and making the most of the chance to socialise with mates

These two girls huddled together under a picnic blanket to shield themselves from the harsh weather conditions

Draped in a blanket, these girls were some of the last remaining punters as Stakes Day drew to a close on Saturday
Making the most of the racing event, this group of friends used a black umbrella to poke fun at each other

A long day in heels proved too much for these two girls, as they unstrapped them and carried them in their hands
Bare feet are in! One girl is seen with her heels in one hand and drink in the other, while another girl is seen without her heels at all

Some were dressed in suits and other in dresses, but this man decided to throw convention to the wind and dress up in costume

Oh deer! This man dressed up as a deer to celebrate the final day of Melbourne's Cup Spring Racing Carnival

Heels and wallets were strewn on the ground as women let loose and wandered the race grounds bare foot

Women let their hair down in preparation for a selfie track-side at the Flemington race course

Model Kasia Z (pictured) had her very own Marilyn Monroe moment at the final day of the spring racing carnival, Stakes Day
The former girlfriend of Lance 'Buddy' Franklin saw the windy conditions blow up her split pink dress. The model looked seemingly horrified as she struggled to contain her free-flowing gown and hide her black underwear

Kasia Zachwieja, Buddy Franklin’s ex-girlfriend, can be seen grasping at her silk dress in a desperate bid to keep it from blowing up

Kasia is caught off-guard as the winds ripped through the crowds and caught the hem of her dress sending it flying upwards

One young racegoer showed age is no barrier to fashion sense, combining suspenders and a bow tie, with an umbrella roughly his height
Matching style was the order of the day for this family as they joined thousands flocking to the last race day of the Spring Carnival

Bucking the trend and opting for black and white outfits, these two young fashionistas kept it classy as they got involved in one of the activities on offer

Long regarded as the 'family day' of the carnival, hundreds of young children will flock to Flemington with their parents

This family had clearly put a lot of time and effort into its coordinated blue and pink themed outfits

This youngster and her mother take a selfie to to capture their fun day out at the races on Saturday

It isn't just about what you're wearing on your body, but also what you're wearing on your face as these two kids showed

One couple looked thrilled to be taking their daughter to the famous Flemington racetrack for seemingly the first time
